A grade 2 listed chocolate box cottage dating back from 1672, Hawthorn cottage still holds many of its original features. With low beamed ceilings, Inglenook fireplace, original cranked tread staircase, our guests can enjoy a little bit of Cheshire history. Recently renovated, the thatched cottage has private access with an enclosed cottage garden and courtyard, underfloor heating, a fully fitted kitchen & bathroom with a cosy lounge and bedroom. The cottage is surrounded by open countryside and fields. A public footpath runs over our land with direct access to lots of country walks. There is dairy next door where you can buy fresh local produce.
Walking to Holmes Chapel and Goostrey with a variety of pubs and shops takes approximately 25 minutes.
